From east of Berryville, Virginia:
Route 7: From DC, take Dulles Toll Road to Route 7 west at Leesburg. Follow Route 7 west over the mountain, across the river and another 5 miles to the first light and exit for Berryville. Turn left (on business 7) and enter 1st driveway on left into Clermont Farm.
OR
Route 66/50: Follow Route 66 west to Exit 23 for Paris/Delaplane/Winchester. Follow Route 17 North 5 miles to Route 50. Turn left on Route 50 (west). Go over mountain, across river, and take 2nd right onto Route 723 to Millwood. Go into Millwood (2 miles) and take right on Route 255 – Bishop Meade Road – and go 3 miles to Route 340. Take right on 340 North and go 3 miles into Berryville. At first stop light, turn right on Main Street. Follow Main Street out of town (about a mile and a half) to driveway on right, just before Highway 7.

From west of Berryville:
Take Route 7 east to exit---- (last of three exits for Berryville) and take right on Business 7. Enter first driveway on left into Clermont.

Locals: Clermont is the former McCormick/Williams farm on the far east end of Main Street just south of highway 7.

Where’s the bathroom?
There will be 5 porta-potties (one handicapped-accessible) centrally located on the premises.

What or who does HarvFest benefit?
The Clermont Foundation and Clarke County Parks and Recreation. Vendors keep 100% of money from their sales.

Where can I buy tickets?
Pay at the pedestrian entrance gate ($5/person, kids 12 & under free) at the event, you’ll get your hand stamped. Harvfest accepts cash and local checks only, sorry no debit or credit cards

What do I do with my trash?
Recycle it, compost it, or throw it away if necessary. HarvFest will have receptacles set up to make this an almost No Waste event. Please do what you can to help.


What should I bring?
Friends and family. A shopping bag for your goodies, money to buy those goodies, a blanket to lay in the “courtyard” and enjoy the goodies. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended – we’re in a field.

How about my dog?
There will be many interesting animals of all descriptions at HarvFest so
pets are discouraged BUT well-behaved dogs are welcome provided they REMAIN
ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES and strictly under responsible supervision.

Where can I get gas/ice/a room for the night?
The quaint town of Berryville is less than a mile from Clermont Farm. Turn left out of the driveway and you'll be on Main Street. Two great places to stay in Berryville are the Battletown Inn (www.thebattletowninn.com) and Lost Dog Bed & Breakfast (www.thelostdog.com). Tell them 'Harv' sent you!
